I really like this company. Justin met up with me where I store my camper, did an assessment to make sure that there were no leaks, and then changed my water pump, which turned out to be defective.  He did a great job and the water pump is superior to the one that I had before. He also explained a few things, which turned out to be really helpful during my trip!!. I strongly recommend this company. They are honest, thorough, and reasonable.  Justin has a  great personality and is extremely knowledgeable. Hilary,, who answers the phone is very responsive, pleasant to talk with, and accommodating, making sure my rig got fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Faithful RV!!

Our bedroom slide has been a problem literally since we bought our camper which was brand new. We’ve asked 2 dealerships to fix it. They always told us it was good. Not only did they dig and look at our slide they found a bunch of problems and even tho it took them 1.5 days to fix our slide they fix it and made it right and our slide is actually working properly!!! Faithful RV replaced an air conditioner and awning on my living quarters horse trailer.  I am so happy I went with them.  They were very helpful and got it done very fast.  I love that they come out to me to do the work instead of me hauling in and leaving it.  I highly recommend them!

My refrigerator started throwing an error code and would not cool down. Justin diagnosed the problem, replaced a bad wire, and fixed the issue. Will definitely keep his contact info handy, and won't hesitate to call him if we run into any problems down the road.
